We do our best to completely process returns within 7-10 business days of the date they arrive at our facility. During high traffic periods, it can take up to 14 business days for a return to be processed.
You will receive a full refund for the total amount spent on the return item. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to Sea to Summit HQ.
Returns made within the 60-day time limit will have a credit applied to the original payment method. Returns made past the 60-day limit are not eligible for return.
The easiest way to exchange your new, unused item is to initiate a return and place a new order through our website. This will allow you to get your new item quickly and avoid the risk of it selling out. You will receive a full refund for your item once we receive the return.
If you received your item as a gift and would like to initiate a return or exchange, please email Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll be happy to help you out.
We do not accept used items for returns, but if there is an issue with your item we are happy to help you with a repair or through our Warranty Policy.
